Method of use: 
After the metal part is cleaned and dried, it will be packed with VCI film as quickly as possible. Determine use amount of VCI film or adding other anticorrosion material based on different material and the package space. When VCI film is used for cast iron product, the product must be painted with antirust liquid or ultrathin antirust oil to produce initial anticorrosion capability on the product’s surface.

Application of VCI Bag
VCI bag is used for the anticorrosive packaging of electron, electrician, instrument and small motor, etc. After cleaning and drying, metal parts need packing with VCI film as soon as possible, and identify the dosage of VCI film or match with other anticorrosive material according to different metals and packaging space. VCI film combining with VCI paper can make non-oil anticorrosive packaging materialize.

VCI bags shall be stored in a dry, cold place and keep tightly close. Avoid original package damage. The shelf life is one year after the production date.
