PE coated non-woven fabric is one kind of forming art material for auto headliner industry, and is made of PET spunlace and needle-punched non-woven. Due to a certain of elongation rate at the transverse and longitudinal direction, it effectively avoids the breakage during the forming and stamping process. PE coating ensures the adhesion and waterproof/glue-blocked ability.

Polycoated Nonwovens are preferred choice for automotives especially for cotton or clothlike materials due to its various advantages. During manufacturing of car interiors Polycoated nonwoven fabric not only offers nice appearance but also provides very good abrasion resistance. Easy plyability makes processing easy. Coloring Nonwoven fabrics are made by impregnating dies during the processing only so has high tolerance against discoloration during long runs.
